Canceling or Changing Your Order:

Orders are processed as they are received and are usually shipped within 24 hours Monday thru Friday. If your order was recently submitted, it may not be possible for one of our customer service representatives to catch your order before it is filled to modify or cancel it. Please email us at orders@byholly.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Shipping Policy:

byholly.com. ships your orders using UPS - United Parcel Service. In most cases, your order will be shipped UPS Ground and will take between 2-6 days to arrive from the date you place your order. If you need your order sooner, select 3 Day service or 2 Day service. A transit time map can be found here. Your order is being shipped from Northwest Washington.

If you are shipping to a P.O. box, please contact us to make arrangements for USPS service.

The actual shipping cost may vary from the price listed by the shopping cart. There may be an increase or decrease in the shipping cost that will be adjusted when the actual shipping cost is determined. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

Our standard method of shipping orders within the Continental USA is via UPS Ground service. All air expedited and/or wholesale merchandise orders will be charged the actual shipping and handling rate. The actual cost will be adjusted on the order before shipping.

Merchandise purchases:

All returns, including refused or undeliverable shipments, are subject to a 15% restocking fee

We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

Sale Merchandise:

  • All sales are final.

  • Sale pricing is available only while supplies last.

  • Due to seasonal product availability partial orders may be shipped on sale merchandise. You will not be charged for items not shipped.

  • Sorry, there are no rain checks or backorders issued on sale merchandise.

  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed on sale items.

Damaged Merchandise:

If you receive damaged merchandise do not throw the box or packing away.

In the event of a damaged parcel box and it’s content you must contact the shipper for their damaged freight shipment procedures.

Any other damaged merchandise must be reported to us within a 3-day period of the receipt of your shipment. Please  e-mail us at: shipping@byholly.com
 

Please include the following information with your request:

  • The invoice number.

  • The item(s) description.

  • The quantity damaged.

  • A description of the damage.

  • Was the shipping box damaged?

Return Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from byholly.com. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply e-mail your request for a return authorization number within 2 days of the shipping delivery date to returns@byholly.com

Please include the following information with your request:

  • Name on the invoice bill.

  • Invoice bill number.

  • Your name.

  • Your daytime telephone number.

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return or exchange.

All returned merchandise must include:

  • The return authorization number issued by byholly.com. Packages without a return authorization number will be refused and returned back to the customer.

  • Returned in the original packaging box and carefully packed.

  • Returned to us freight prepaid and insured. Since we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages we recommend insuring the parcel for the product replacement value, and shipping it via a traceable method.

We will credit the amount for the returned merchandise less any restocking fees to your credit card upon its return.

If the merchandise was used, we can not resell it. So there will be no refund given. The returned used merchandise will be donated to charity.

All packages received after 20 days of issuance of the return authorization number will be returned to the customer, at the customer’s expense.

Unauthorized returns sent to us without a return authorization number will be refused and returned back to the customer, at the customers expense.

Credits and Exchanges:

Credits and Exchanges are processed within 15 days of receipt of authorized return merchandise. Credits or refunds will not be issued without the proper return authorization number.
