This flag is grand, indeed!  The red stripes and a textured ribbon on a white painted background.  Large gem starts are on a blue painted background and set apart from the stripes with a glittering blue rick rack.  The flag is then edged with a small red, white and blue ribbon to finish and tied up with a red, white and blue plaid bow.  The lollipops are solid red and blue as well as blue & white and red & white combinations - all tied with a red and white ribbon with blue dots!  The tree skirt is red, white and blue striped on one side and stars galore on the other.  Truly a Grand Old Flag!
